You have the copyright on a postcard designed by For Seasons Gifts, “Greetings from HOUSTON, TEXAS.” Where the barcode is where the stamp goes, upper-right corner, on the top it has J-145 and underneath the bars it has a 0 on the far left and then it has 90811 12347 and then another 0. The picture is like a collage of tourist sites. I’d like to take a photo of it to see if I can use it as a social media page background to my photo, cropping it to however it might (or might not) fit the screen. I’d like to be able to get a Permission from you to go ahead and use a photo of the card.

…After the death of his father during the War of L’Aquila, he participated in the Braccio da Montone‘s final defeat in that campaign; he fought subsequently for the Neapolitan army and then for Pope Martin V and the Duke of Milan, Filippo Maria Visconti. After some successes, he fell in disgrace and was sent to the castle of Mortara as a prisoner de facto. He regained his status after leading an expedition against Lucca.

In 1431, after a period during which he fought again for the Papal States, he led the Milanese army against Venice; the following year the duke’s daughter, Bianca Maria, was betrothed to him. Despite these moves, the wary Filippo Maria never ceased to be distrustful of Sforza. The allegiance of mercenary leaders was dependent, of course, on pay; in 1433-1435, Sforza led the Milanese attack on the Papal States, but when he conquered Ancona, in the Marche, he changed sides, obtaining the title of vicar of the city directly from Pope Eugene IV. In 1436-39, he served variously both Florence and Venice.

In 1440, his fiefs in the Kingdom of Naples were occupied by King Alfonso I, and, to recover the situation, Sforza reconciled himself with Filippo Visconti. On 25 October 1441, in Cremona, he could finally marry Bianca Maria. The following year, he allied with René of Anjou, pretender to the throne of Naples, and marched against southern Italy. After some initial setbacks, he defeated the Neapolitan commander Niccolò Piccinino, who had invaded his possessions in Romagna and Marche, through the help of Sigismondo Pandolfo Malatesta (who had married his daughter Polissena) and the Venetians, and could return to Milan.

…After the duke died without a male heir in 1447, fighting broke out to restore the so-called Ambrosian Republic.[2] The name Ambrosian Republic takes its name from St. Ambrose, the patron saint of Milan.[2] Agnese del Maino, his wife’s mother, convinced the condottiero who held Pavia to restore it to him.[3]

While the other Italian states gradually recognized Sforza as the legitimate Duke of Milan, he was never able to obtain official investiture from the Holy Roman Emperor. That did not come to the Sforza Dukes until 1494, when Emperor Maximilian formally invested Francesco’s son, Ludovico, as Duke of Milan.

Under his rule (which was moderate and skillful), Sforza modernised the city and duchy. He created an efficient system of taxation that generated enormous revenues for the government, his court became a center of Renaissance learning and culture, and the people of Milan grew to love him. In Milan, he founded the Ospedale Maggiore, restored the Palazzo dell’Arengo, and had the Naviglio d’Adda, a channel connecting with the Adda River, built.

During Sforza’s reign, Florence was under the command of Cosimo de’ Medici and the two rulers became close friends. This friendship eventually manifested in first the Peace of Lodi and then the Italian League, a multi-polar defensive alliance of Italian states that succeeded in stabilising almost all of Italy for its duration. After the peace, Sforza renounced part of the conquests in eastern Lombardy obtained by his condottieri Bartolomeo Colleoni, Ludovico Gonzaga, and Roberto Sanseverino after 1451. As King Alfonso of Naples was among the signatories of the treaty, Sforza also abandoned his long support of the Angevin pretenders to Naples. He also aimed to conquer Genoa, then an Angevin possession; when a revolt broke out there in 1461, he had Spinetta Campofregoso elected as Doge, as his puppet. Sforza occupied Genoa and Savona in 1464.

Sforza suffered from hydropsy and gout. In 1462, rumours spread that he was dead and a riot exploded in Milan. He however survived for four more years, finally dying in March 1466. He was succeeded as duke by his son, Galeazzo Maria Sforza.

Francesco’s successor Ludovico commissioned Leonardo da Vinci to design an equestrian statue as part of a monument to Francesco I Sforza. A clay model of a horse which was to be used as part of the design was completed by Leonardo in 1492 — but the statue was never built. In 1999 the horse alone was cast from Leonardo’s original designs in bronze and placed in Milan outside the racetrack of Ippodromo del Galoppo.

I have to write for alot of the Permissions and that’s how I figure I’d also be “publicizing” this (real) Universe Rescue-attempt, that I can’t encourage anyone to read this but figure the site will get around sufficiently through the contacts I’d have to make in addition to the ones that I’d figure out if I ever get caught up from this quicksand-covered situation I’m in, that there isn’t anything much else I can do right now, always in a survival-emergency without any extra time and preparedness yet for contacting people like I just noticed this copyright on the Cultural Tourism signboards, below here but first I want to also mention that normal people only think in terms of “fair use” of materials and we’re “gullible” and taken advantage of by the Autist-types no matter what one tries to do. I’m “legit” about the Universe-rescue attempt and therefore would be pleased if people were able to spread some of the less-disorganized pieces of all this that i’m trying to write but it isn’t published “ready” material, any of it, it’s real life, thrown together while I’m under this world’s-worst invisible-torture set. Please don’t take advantage of me. The worst is that that’s what the system does do, is use my writing for LURING unsuspecting normal people and they get trapped, so I can’t even distribute it to speak of, and I’m working on everything all at once so please just bear with me either way on this copyright and permission for use business-set, as this “Armageddon” -business has been gimmicking off of this phony copyright to-do virtually every day all these years as though these public materials are solely for paying royalties to the approved Autist-system recipients, selected authors that are given books and the books aren’t for public discussion even though the library monies support them, etc., and I try to get photocopies for discussing the materials and aren’t allowed to but I am allowed to because the “fair use” copyright parameters are real. Then there’s the aspect that the Merchant-type uses me for doing the 1984-style Big Brother censorship, by seeing what I find that I can use for explaining that the system’s from brain-eating underworld criminals and then deleting and replacing those pages with changed, cleaned-up ones, all these years. And there’s also this “Privacy” issue that I only just read about recently, that all kinds of things are known about who is looking up what on which computer. The system is ridiculous. They keep secrets because they’ve always been wrongful and always covering up that wrongfulness and then it turns out that they live off of gimmick-abusing me, little Kathy nobody Foshay, just any average small individual person to pick on and live off of that picking on. I’m always trying to locate a responsibly-behaving adult and the system sneak-sits on my head, like it is right now, and sees what I do and sneak-goes after whoever I’m trying to reach next. The system keeps itself artificially-occupied and moving around in that way. They’re taking us to extinction and really don’t care. Etc. for now.

David A. Doheny, former general counsel, National Trust for Historic Preservation, and author, David Finley: Quiet Force for America’s Arts. In honor of the 75th anniversary of the National Gallery of Art, which opened in March 1941, David A. Doheny reassesses the work of its three principal creators—Andrew W. Mellon (1855–1937), David Finley (1890-1977), and Paul Mellon (1907-1999). Andrew Mellon provided its vision, the funds to build and endow it, and his superb art collection to act as a nucleus of a national gallery before his death. David Finley was his principal deputy in this enterprise from its conception in 1927 onward. Paul Mellon was appointed a trustee of the Gallery in 1937 and had a harmonious working relationship with Finley. After the deaths of both Andrew W. Mellon and his architect John Russell Pope within 24 hours of each other, Finley took charge of completing the design and construction of the West Building. Finley was also instrumental in securing important collections for the Gallery, including those of Samuel H. Kress, Joseph E. Widener, Lessing J. Rosenwald, and Chester Dale. In this lecture recorded on April 10, 2016, Doheny uses Finley’s published writings and personal journals to provide insights into his relationships with the Mellons.

“I may be the only person left who specifically remembers his birth. His parents are gone, his grandmother is gone, the obstetrician who delivered him is gone,” said Nelson, referring to Dr. Rodney T. West, who died in February at the age of 98. Here’s the story: Nelson was having dinner at the Outrigger Canoe Club on Waikiki Beach with Dr. West, the father of her college friend, Jo-Anne. Making conversation, Nelson turned to Dr. West and said: “‘So, tell me something interesting that happened this week,’” she recalls.

His response: “Well, today, Stanley had a baby. Now that’s something to write home about.”

The new mother was Stanley (later referred to by her middle name of Ann) Dunham, and the baby was Barack Hussein Obama.

“I penned the name on a napkin, and I did write home about it,” said Nelson, knowing that her father, Stanley A. Czurles, director of the Art Education Department at Buffalo State College, would be interested in the “Stanley” connection.

She also remembers Dr. West mentioning that the baby’s father was the first black student at the University of Hawaii and how taken he was by the baby’s name.

“I remember Dr. West saying ‘Barack Hussein Obama, now that’s a musical name,’” said Nelson, who grew up in Kenmore and went to Hawaii in 1959 to be in Jo-Anne’s wedding party. When Nelson was offered a job as a newspaper reporter and photographer at her friend’s wedding reception, it led to her living in Hawaii for 47 years. This brilliant image of Messier 30 (M 30) was taken by Hubble’s Advanced Camera for Surveys (ACS). Messier 30 formed 13 billion years ago and was discovered in 1764 by Charles Messier. Located about 28000 light-years away from Earth, this globular cluster — a dense swarm of several hundred thousand stars — is about 90 light-years across.

Although globular clusters such as this one are mainly populated by old stars, the crowded field of stars leads to some old stars apparently reclaiming their youth in the form of blue stragglers. Researchers using data from Hubble’s now-retired Wide Field Planetary Camera 2 (WFPC2) have identified two types of blue stragglers in Messier 30: those that form in near head-on collisions with one another and those that are in twin (or binary) systems where the less massive star siphons “life-giving” hydrogen from its more massive companion.

I’m trying to do and make a living off of this blogsite as its being Shareware, where people could read all they want and send copies to their friends and eventually some people would feel like sending the blogsite support-enablement, that disliked or tawdry or cursed word “money,” some people would want to voluntarily do that maybe for the reading or informative material but mostly of course this site is “truly” or really about actually trying to straighten out and get the planet and evolution and “the harmony of the spheres” and whatever, the spirits to fill this universe as they’d been meant to, going again.

The system just has some big gimmick of despising everything about me, I do not know why or why they/it won’t desist. It has to do with that hurting me, my type, pleases the Autist-type males, like in that “Blame Game” cartoon, which is another odd subject, that that book that it’d come from is almost “too useful” to what I’m trying to talk about, that it might be a set up part of this trap I’m in, I’ll have to try to look into that. The system watches what I do and manipulates my life to its ends, which is this global-system and I’ve always figured they’re just going to explode it first chance after they get everyone into like one big boat in it, then, goodbye suckers to the whole global-economy and everyone else, and the Autists can have peace with themselves, being this “unweaned 2-year old” type of the Autist thinking. I’d had a little time on computer in 1985-86 and there was that Challenger rocket ship explosion with that First Teacher in Space McAuliffe on it, and then I bought a used computer in 1991 and quick surveyed and made a mailing list of the best inexpensive Shareware programmers and then the whole system got changed to this web and I’ve got all kinds of problems with this web and that’s with hardly having or knowing about anything except the teeny basics. Also they’d done all that “virus” horror, alot of it, off of my little time on computer and distributing disks in early 1992. So there doesn’t seem to be much of the original type of Shareware left but that’s still what I’m trying to do. In fact, that “Blame Game” cartoon-illustration of that “Adam and Eve” and the Counselor, that’s probably a little similar to this with the Shareware. After all these years it’s becoming increasingly clear that the girl “was only trying to help” the pitiful-seeming smiling little Autist-male type/s, trying to communicate and teach them, and a girl, like me, had tried to teach them how to write and that would be like a book and when the tantrums became too all-the-time the girl had to ask the boy to leave, really because he’d started bringing the “buddies” around, and then the boy wouldn’t leave without the book of their work together in trying to teach the boy by jotting down these squiggles, that that squiggle represents God, is especially the big theme down to this situation and that word and trying to explain about God, who I can only think of as being poor God, who has to see all this filth and violence of the deception of those little sadists now mass-reproduced to everywhere. The boy wouldn’t leave without the papers and then this “generational-slave #2/counselor” type was put into it and the boy’s friends are psychopathic brain-eaters so the counselor had favored the boy’s version of who the book belongs to and the counselor has to this day just been sitting on all the written materials, right down to these words I’m typing. I’m trying to say that the boy’s “brain damage” was/is invisible and couldn’t be explained back centuries ago but that there isn’t any reason for that anymore and we should take advantage of the work all the 20th century people had done in making research files on everything and get the problems straightened out and put behind us and move along out into the free eternity just going to be sitting there all empty for not any reason except that the boy had had “Autism” developmentally-incurred brain damage that can be un-incurred the same developmental way. — I’ll try to come back to this soon, without alienating anyone I hope, etc.

7/31/17, alot of negative things are going on, and I don’t like to be on negative subjects at the end of a month in this criminally-insane “Autists'” system, that anything is twisted to murder-excuse use, slaughter-excuse use, and it’s bad today, then I come to the library and find that the best file, on the Prehistoric Origins of the System that we’re in, that file I can’t find anywhere, and then this one on Notes or Notepapers 2017 with five or six pdf groups in it all the pdfs are Oops, gone, and a # 404 and a W there in place of the file, so I don’t know what’s going on with tampering with the blogsite, someone who decided that the Prehistoric Origin of the System is deletable?

That file had always had the predominant place and then I’d played around with the widgets or what and had lost the whole menu but had seen that file had gone down to be listed the same at the bottom of the blogroll, the footer, so I didn’t worry about it but now it’s gone and I’m always creeped out, 0– there it is, right on “cue,” one of the “Thunderville-faces” goes over to the terminal across from me. We are really going to TOTAL PLANET EXTINCTION because there are parasitic monsters all over the place and these fraud-parent mass-reproduced offspring-descendant bio-reproductions of that person are a standard example of that there can’t be a planet, just like I can’t have a life or run this blogsite. I don’t know if it’s WordPress or the “Thundervilles” or the Merchant of Venice “slave” types or what, but that was like the mainstay file for describing this whole situation i’m in, that i did many years of work to get to the bottom of where all the system comes from that it’s so rotten and where it’s forcing us to, etc., and that file was deleted. I’ll have to check more closely but i only had fifteen minutes on computer at a time and then two hours and now it’s practically but back again to one hour and a little bit a day, as these turds “own” my life anonymously and what. So the MENU, table of contents, I have to re-check for where the important subjects are while I’m also trying to lighten what I carry by putting the notes on paper into a “is-to-rage/storage” temporary place here and was trying to straighten that out also today and that too is missing.
