This old picture, of Theodosious II, came from a book on the evolution of law by Alan Watson, Johns Hopkins Press, not too long ago: (see if it works yet any better this time, getting to the Abscam business:)
Stanley W. Finch, 1872, Monticello, NY, to Nov. 1951 in Wash., DC where he’d lived, off of Georgia Avenue on Illinois Ave., NW. I’m trying to get across that he’d had this unrecognized Autism that’s taking us to the whole loss of the planet. The book I’d found his picture in, the Centennial for the Bureau, has a lot of employees’ faces on the cover with the main one’s being a Menendez-type with a turban, by the way. Finch’s type is likely a hybrid between the Autist and Jomon people. I think he’d been descended from the way-historical character Theodosius II, illustrated at the top of the post and how law had gotten evolved from, his collecting all the rules and “codifying” them.
